No. There is no gym membership required. You only pay for your training sessions — that’s it!
I’m available Monday thru Saturday, by appointment. Some clients have regular time slots, but others book according to their daily or weekly schedules, and my availability.
Sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes, which include about 5 minutes for a proper warmup, and each session typically starts at the top of the hour.
Clients meet with me weekly for a one-hour, in-person coaching session. Clients who live in other cities or states can attend their weekly meetings via video conference (aka, Skype).
