No. There is no gym membership required. You only pay for your training sessions — that’s it!
I’m available Monday thru Saturday, by appointment. Most clients have regular time slots, but some book according to their daily or weekly schedules, and my availability.
Sessions are 60 minutes, which includes about 5 minutes for a proper warmup, and each session typically starts at the top of the hour.
Clients meet with me once weekly, via Zoom, for a one-hour coaching session. Clients who live in other cities or states can also attend their weekly meetings via video conference.
